Ever since its beginning in 1995, Prohero has been recognized as one of the top companies in the sunglasses industry. Our professional service includes, but is not limited to: custom designing of fashion sunglasses for renowned brand names, supplying quality products with ISO certification, and providing excellent customer service while remaining competitive with price and delivery.

 Prohero group has looked for ways to better service our customers. We take pride in meeting their needs in a fast and efficient way. One of the key services our clients need is assistance in designing customized products. To meet this demand, we have set up a process to service our clients in their product design.

 1) Our dedicated team of designers hand draws images of our customer's ideas.
|
|
|
 2) Then the 2-D images are created with exact measurements for our client's to review. Once the 2-D image is approved, the image is converterd into 3-D data.
|
|
|
 3) The images are enhanced into 3-D images in our computer systems which is ready for prototype mold.
|
|
|
 4) After the client approves the 3-D image, a prototype mold is mailed to the client for testing and review.
|
|
|
 5) If there is no issue with the mold, we will use the 3-D data to create the final product.
|
|
|
 6) All our designs pass the CE, US, Australia standards.
|
|
|
In 2003, due to increasing requests from our customers for products to fit with their sunglasses, Prohero has opened a new line of accessory products under the company name, New Look Eyewear Co., Ltd.
